NY HOPE — Hope Town Board creates new Road Supervisor position, hires first holder. Supervisor Steve Tomlinson and the board unanimously approved creation of Road Supervisor 1 and hired Chase Wood as Laborer effective June 8 following executive session discussion. The board also unanimously approved $14,495 in infrastructure investment, including $7,045 for paving Creek Road from Route 30 east and $7,450 for an 18-foot dumpster, following Highway Superintendent Zachery Colson's report of completed pavilion electrical repairs and culvert replacements.
