NY HOPE — Hope town board approves financial abstracts, permits, and payroll. Supervisor Steve Tomlinson presided over a routine meeting with five unanimous votes approving the Town General Fund Abstract 4 and 4A, Highway Fund Abstract 4 and 4A, Payroll 6, 7, and 8, and the Code Enforcement Officer's report documenting two new construction permits issued. Highway Superintendent Zachery Colson reported truck maintenance and CHIPS-funded Creek Road resurfacing work.
Councilperson Dianna Downing proposed implementing transfer stickers at no charge, with the policy to be revisited in January 2027.
