NY HOPE — Hope Town Board approves routine budgets and spring road preparations. Supervisor Steve Tomlinson, with Councilpersons Mark Stuart and John Stuart Jr. present (two members absent), oversaw unanimous approval of Town General Fund and Highway Fund abstracts, Payroll 4 and 5, and resolutions for spring thaw road weight posting and snow and ice contract clauses. Highway Superintendent Zachery Colson reported a busy month of snow and ice management and indicated he will need to consult the town attorney regarding a new tandem truck purchase.
