Hope Board approves Lake Valley EMS contract, effective June 1

NY HOPE — Hope Board approves Lake Valley for emergency medical services, effective June 1. The Town Board unanimously approved the emergency medical services contract with Lake Valley, maintaining ALS support for the Fire Department and replacing the prior agreement with the Town of Northampton, with backup arrangements in place with Wells and Northampton at a $500 transport fee. The board also unanimously approved the Town General Fund Abstract 5 and 5A totaling $2,727.67 and the Highway Fund Abstract 5 and 5A totaling $2,258.66, along with payroll cycles 9 and 10.
